Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable)
- Hygiene-sensitive goods where seals have been broken (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
